Pamatinformācija no Valsts ieņēmumu dienestā iesniegtajiem gada pārskatiem, kas Uzņēmumu reģistram tiek nodoti publiskošanai. Fails satur pamatinformāciju (gada pārskata veids, gads, valūta, noapaļošanas pakāpe, vidējais darbinieku skaits) no uzņēmumu, konsolidētajiem uzņēmumu, kā arī biedrību, nodibinājumu un arodbiedrību gada pārskatiem.
